We are pleased to announce the publication of the 6th newsletter of the SheCOACH: Gender Equality in Coaching project, highlighting a major achievement: the successful completion of the pilot phase of the SheCOACH Framework for Gender Mainstreaming in Coaching Education.
Over the past months, project partners from Cyprus, Greece, Italy, and Spain have collaborated with coaching education providers, universities, sports federations, and sports organisations to test and evaluate the Framework in real organisational settings. Through monitoring meetings, collaborative activities, and continuous evaluation, participants explored practical approaches to promoting gender equality in coaching education and sport.
The newsletter also presents key outcomes from the national monitoring meetings, features the latest interviews published on the project website, and outlines the next steps as SheCOACH moves towards its final phase.
