Symplexis invites you to the launch event of the CareDivide project – “Bridging the gender gap in informal long-term care”, which will take place as part of Open Diversity Day entitled “Care and Rights”, organized by D&I, on Thursday, December 19, at 10:30 a.m., at Escape Athens, 130 3rd September Street, Athens, 11251.

The event will present the CareDivide project, funded by the European Commission’s CERV program, which began in January 2025 and will be completed in January 2027.
The event will be held in Greek.

It aims to address the gender gap in informal long-term care, particularly the care of older family members, which perpetuates gender inequality in the labor market, as the responsibility of caring for older people or chronically ill patients prevents millions of women from fully entering the labor market or limits them to part-time jobs.
