The Time4Health – Promoting Young Men’s Health and Wellbeing is a 2-year European project, co-funded by the Erasmus Plus programme of the European Commission, aiming to address gender imbalances in health and to equip youth workers with tools to promote health and well-being among young men.
In particular, it focuses on enhancing the capacity of youth workers to address the health and well-being challenges faced by young men in a digitally transformed world. By fostering innovation and high-quality practices in youth work, the project aims to equip youth workers with the tools and methodologies needed to promote healthy habits and overall well-being among young men.
