Symplexis intends to cooperate with a service provider operating in the field of dissemination and awareness raising activities for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. Symplexis now invites interested parties to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the purposes of the implementation of the national youth-led campaign performed in the context of the EU funded project “Children First: Addressing Gender Based Violence from the bottom-up” (Grant Agreement number: 856844 — Children First — REC-AG-2018/REC-RDAP-GBV-AG-2018).
The Services provided will aim at public awareness raising regarding the combatting of gender stereotypes among youth and esp. in teen relationships. Within this context, emphasis should be placed to the sensitisation of young adults and older people to promote intergenerational learning, engagement and combatting of intergenerational transmission of violence. This will be achieved by disseminating widely the communication materials that young people will produce to the abovementioned audiences via different communication channels.
The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality – Cost Based Selection procedure, which will result in the awarding of contract by Symplexis. Symplexis reserves the right to select the overall most favorable solution in case the difference in points between proposals is not substantial. The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to Symplexis with office address at Katechaki 7, 115 25, Athens, Greece, or through email at koufouli.a@symplexis.eu on or before the 13th of May, 14:00 local hrs. No late proposal shall be accepted. Symplexis reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
