PITCH- A model for gender-sensitive integration strategies based on Personalised, partIcipaTory, loCal, and multistakeHolder approaches is a three-year European project, which aims at establishing a common European ground to support the design and implementation of local integration strategies addressed to migrant women, based on a personalized, participatory, and multi-stakeholder approach.
The PITCH partners have designed a series of activities directed at foreign-born women (PITCH trainees) in partner countries, enabling them to select activities based on their needs and aspirations, and thus, develop their own personalised roadmap to integration.
The activities are categorised into three main clusters, namely:
- the Upskilling Cluster,
- the Awareness Raising/Career Guidance Cluster, and
- the Social Engagement Cluster.
Thus, the following documents are now available online.
D3.2 Upskilling Cluster – Consolidated Learning Material
This document details the Upskilling Cluster, proposing a series of activities for the PITCH Training Programme implemented in all partner countries between late 2023 and early 2024. This cluster encompasses informal and non-formal activities focusing on Language, Digital, Employability, and Entrepreneurial Skills. The goal of this cluster is to equip PITCH trainees with essential knowledge and skills relevant to today’s labour market, empowering them to achieve autonomy and facilitate their integration into the host society.
D3.3 Awareness Raising/Career Guidance Cluster – Consolidated Learning Material
This document details the Awareness Raising/Career Guidance Cluster, proposing a series of activities for the PITCH Training Programme implemented in all partner countries between late 2023 and early 2024. This cluster encompasses informal and non-formal activities focusing on Rights & Duties, Active Citizenship and Career Guidance. The aim of this cluster is to support PITCH trainees gain knowledge on the country-specific legal framework, introduce them to the world of civil society and encourage them to become active citizens of the host community, as well as support them in further defining their professional path in the local labour market landscape.
D3.4 Two Programmes for Social Cluster
This document details the Social Engagement Cluster, proposing a series of social cafes and neighbourhood walks as part of the PITCH Training Programme implemented in all partner countries in late 2023 and early 2024. This cluster encompasses two paths aiming to encourage PITCH trainees to socialise, network, and interact with the local community. The first path, “Social cafés”, entails a list of activities and workshops on various topics, addressed to both PITCH trainees and locals, thus, encouraging them to build supportive networks. The second path ”Neighbourhood Walks”, involves organised walks in the area of implementation, in order for PITCH trainees to build self-confidence and become familiar with the local area, its history and culture.
