The Erasmus Plus M_Coach – Change your mind coach project enters its final phase and Symplexis hosted in Athens, Greece, the 2nd M_Coach Transnational Project Meeting!

After a long and challenging period of online meetings, the “Change your mind, coach” partners met in person on October 4th 2022 and had an intensive day full of smiles, discussions, decisions and connecting.

The M_Coach project aims at developing a training course for trainers/coaches and their trainers, which will help them identify and tackle discriminatory behaviour in their teams, composing primarily of young athletes (16-21 years old).

The M_Coach e-learning platform has been launched and is available via the project’s website or directly. The registration is free for all and the educational material (e-course & didactic manual) is published in all partners languages (English, Croatian, French, Greek, Portuguese, Slovenian, Spanish, Lithuanian).

The next steps include the pilot testing of the platform and workshops for coaches and trainers are about to be organised in all countries. Info-days/multiplier events will also take place during these last months of the project, that will come to an end this December after almost three years of fruitful cooperation, despite the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic, among partners from Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg and Lithuania.

The last transnational project meeting of the project will be organized in December in Portugal.
