Η έρευνα για την αξιολόγηση των εθνικών αναγκών και προδιαγραφών του έργου FAITh ολοκληρώθηκε!
Το FΑΙΤh (Feeling SAfe to Transact Online In the Third Age) στοχεύει στην αντιμετώπιση της ψηφιακής περιθωριοποίησης των ατόμων ηλικίας 55 ετών και άνω μέσω της ενίσχυσης δεξιοτήτων και της αυτοπεποίθησής τους αναφορικά με τη χρήση του διαδικτύου και των ψηφιακών τεχνολογιών για την πραγματοποίηση συναλλαγών στο διαδίκτυο.
Η παρούσα έκθεση παρέχει πληροφορίες σχετικά με το ψηφιακό γραμματισμό των ατόμων άνω των 55 ετών στην Ελλάδα και επικεντρώνεται στις δυνατότητες και τις ανάγκες που έχουν όσον αφορά στην εκτέλεση ηλεκτρονικών συναλλαγών. Για τους σκοπούς της έκθεσης, έγινε βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση και διενεργήθηκε πρωτογενής έρευνα στην Ελλάδα, που περιελάμβανε συνεντεύξεις, ομάδες εστίασης και διαδικτυακής έρευνας με τη συμμετοχή περισσότερων από 100 ενηλίκων 55+, μελών των οικογένειών τους, επαγγελματιών και ευρύτερου κοινού.

The FΑΙΤh (Feeling SAfe to Transact Online In the Third Age) project aims to prevent and combat the digital marginalization of people 55+ years by enhancing their capacities and building their confidence and trust to use internet and ICT technologies to transact online, as a way to keep them in a state of inclusion and improve their wellbein
This report provides information on the digital literacy of people over 55 years of age in Greece and focuses on the possibilities and needs they have regarding the performance of online transactions. For the purposes of the report, desk and primary research in Greece were performed, including interviews, focus groups and an online survey with the participation of more than 100 adults 55+, their family members, professionals and the general public.
