On the occasion of the latest Diversity Charter for Businesses conference organised by KEAN, Ms. Vassia Karkantzou was honoured to coordinate on behalf of Symplexis the final panel regarding sexual orientation covering issues related to education, work and generally all walks of life. A panel composed of highly specialised representatives from the Civil Society (Colour Youth and Athens Pride), Business (Accenture) and Institutional Authorities (Ombudsman’s department of equal treatment). Very fruitful recommendations came to the surface that can be found on the video below, while the whole conference’s programme can be extracted from the Greek Diversity Charter’s YouTube Channel (Diversity Charter Greece). Projects already implemented by Symplexis relevant to this sector, such as “BRING-In ”, “Rainbo“, “UNIQUE“, “ISEX” were accordingly promoted as to their objectives and expected results.
